As an Electronics Technician on our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and testing electronic control modules.

Responsibilities:
Learn & follow detailed work instructions Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related duties that may be outside of assigned priorities listed below Check tag and test unit for failure Find and review schematic and board prints Troubleshoot board Repair board by using test equipment and replacing parts with soldering equipment Retest to ensure board passes Keep log of units repaired in CMS system Participate in various improvement activities
Qualifications:
Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with coworkers Ability to work independently and as a team member Schematic reading and layout drawing reading Demonstrate proper use of DVM, oscilloscope, tracker and other diagnostic tools Ability to identify different types of electronic components Commitment to meeting production demands and quality requirements Understand Customer requirements as they relate to their job function Ability to identify and address and/or communicate any potential non-conformances Ability to get to work on time with minimal absences Education AND/OR
Experience:
Associates Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology or similar discipline and/or equivalent military experience Soldering experience Physical Requirement:
Capability to lift up to 20 pounds.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach, use hands to handle, push, assemble or feel and speak and actively listen.
Noise level is usually moderate.
