7 Full-time 2 hours ago Full Job Description Chewy is currently recruiting for a Program Manager, Operations Planning and Strategy for our Operations team.
As a Program Manager you will coordinate business goal tracking and execution for the Chewy Operations team, including Fulfillment Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR.
This leader will be capable of dealing with ambiguity and facilitating effective change management to move the business forward.
What you'll do:
Coordinate with Sr leaders across Chewy Operations team Capture all new initiatives and business goals through an intake process Coordinate with business owners for project updates and actions Capture notes and actions for meeting cadences to ensure completion Create reporting and documents that highlights operational goals What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

years in program/project management Facilitation experience at all levels of the organization; must be comfortable addressing both large and small audiences.
Ability to think and perform strategically and tactically Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, vlookup, Macros, Data Manipulation, Formulas etc.
) Strong written, verbal, analytical and problem-solving skills E-commerce background is a plus Bonus:
